Maximum hygiene and safety
AIR CONDITIONING
To avoid risks the spread of the virus through the air conditioning systems, we will double the sanitation frequency of the filters in the air-conditioners, which will be sanitized at each check-in.
DISPENSER
At the entrance and in the main veranda, dispensers will be available to customers and collaborators to dispense hand-sanitizing gel.
SAFETY DEVICES
Safety devices such as masks, gloves and hand-sanitizing gel will be available to all guests and contact personnel.
SAFETY MANAGER
A doctor will always be available and we have appointed a figure responsible for the constant control of the implementation of the procedures in terms of guests and staff safety. The staff will access the property from a dedicated entrance controlled by a thermoscanner for temperature detection.
ROOMS AND COMPOUND
We will intensify the sanitation procedures (with particular attention to the items frequently touched) and we will integrate compound sanitation with portable equipment, using hydrogen peroxide (nebulization of germ-killer).
TRAINING
All our staff is trained following the WHO directives so that they can safely perform the assigned tasks.
Respect for distances
PROPERTY
The property has the advantage of being spread out on a wide area which has always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and where it is easy to maintain distance.
COMMON AREAS
We will guarantee social distancing by arranging furniture to guarantee a distance of 6 feet among them.
RESTAURANTS
We will guarantee a distance around the dining table that is allocated outdoor. It will be possible to book the restaurants menu in the rooms, by the pool and in the garden.
WELLBEING
All the fitness classes (i.e yoga classes, fitness, acquagym) will take place outdoor. Our wellbeing has always been focused on the territory and the space, and this year it will be even more.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
All activities will be proposed following and complying with the social distancing requirements. The car hire and car and driver hire will be used exclusively by one family.
