I start from the idea that on vacation you connect better with yourself and easily trigger the desire to love yourself fully, to focus on your actions and regularly engage in soft and gentle gestures with yourself. One realizes that difficult times can be trials to overcome in order to evolve until a day comes when a spark is ignited and a new and more rewarding reality is imagined. I like it when this spark ignites here and the guest starts looking at the world with different eyes because well-being is not the mere absence of disease or discomfort, and happiness is not limited to the endorphin spike, momentary success or the joy that comes following a particular event but I believe that both refer to a broader balance, a harmony between one's internal and external world.

A holiday dedicated to the art of living is an exploration of the territory and of oneself at the same time. We combine long walks by the sea with swimming in the Indian Ocean, practice yoga or have personalized lessons with the personal trainer under the immense sky of Africa, eat healthy with all products at KM 0 and then learn from Africans to smile, to live without expectations and to appreciate what you have and not crying for what you lack, you begin to let go of control because we take care of you and you breathe. We learn the value of breathing and understand how much each of us has infinite power over healing himself and face any adversity.

The beauty is that this path is completely customizable, the times and rhythms are dictated by the sensations and the journey is enriched with unique moments that can never end.
